Impeccable service from the staff.
Our experience was terrible! I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness and basic hygiene. The bathroom shower flooded every time we used it, and despite multiple complaints, no one bothered to fix it. To top it off, the spa treatment was a disaster. one of the masseuses was coughing violently.

charming ambiance, character-filled architecture, pristine cleanliness
The room's poor sound insulation proved frustrating when noisy fellow guests disrupted our sleep at early hours!!! Additionally, the smell of paint lingered in the air during a night out, making for an unpleasant sensory experience!!!

Had an awesome time with my friends at this beautiful hotel. We visited the local market and explored some historical sites nearby. The staff was super friendly, and breakfast had a great variety of options. Just be ready for the bustling atmosphere due to the busy inner courtyards.
We experienced some issues with hot water during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient.

charming, charming, charming
The ideal location made it so easy to explore nearby attractions, just a short stroll away! My room was a peaceful oasis, and the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, with a feast of options. But what truly stood out were the staff—they were so attentive and kind, transforming my stay into a wonderful experience!

missingWrote a review on 07 Augnoisy atmosphere
Noise from other guests can intrude, particularly during the early hours, disrupting sleep with loud talking and slamming doors. Some private areas, like the massage room, lacked privacy, causing discomfort when a therapist coughed during treatment. The bathroom floor tends to flood after showers, which seemed persistent despite complaints, making for slippery conditions.

Perfect place to relax after trekking!
I had an awesome time here! The spa was to die for, and I totally recommend the massage and facial. The staff were super friendly and the rooms were really comfy. Breakfast was great, too! Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster sometimes, but overall, it didn't ruin my stay at all.

The suite overlooking the plaza added a charming touch to our stay, making it feel even more special. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, and the homemade rolls were a standout.
